About R.R. Group

A Legacy Since 1973

R.R. Industries, the RR Group’s flagship company, was formed in 1973 for the manufacturing and sale of pencils and crayons by Late Shri Rasikbhai A. Raveshia and Late Shri Mansukhlal Rajani.

In 2005, another partnership firm, ‘S. Tech Industries’, was founded by certain members of our Promoter Group to manufacture and sell polymer-based scholastic stationery. To streamline operations and integrate the businesses, our Company (then known as ‘Writefine Products Private Limited’) acquired the business of these partnership firms.

The year 2011–2012 was transformative for DOMS: the Group entered a strategic partnership with F.I.L.A. — Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A, Italy — a worldwide leader in the stationery industry.

Founded in Florence in 1920 and managed since 1956 by the Candela family, F.I.L.A. is a dynamic, innovative industrial enterprise, listed on the Euronext STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange since 2015 with revenue of €653.5 million in 2021.

Through strategic acquisitions — Dixon Ticonderoga, Pacon, LYRA, Daler-Rowney, Canson and more — F.I.L.A. is a global icon of creativity, with brands such as Giotto, Tratto, Das, Didò, Pongo, Lyra, Doms, Maimeri, Princeton, Strathmore and Arches.
